Empowering

Tomorrow’s

Entrepreneurs.

“Many business programs offer commendable curricula, yet only a small number of students transition into sustainable career pathways. Under our leadership, we deliver the critical, often overlooked competencies that are the true keystones for success.”

— Kevin Harrington

OUR
DEDICATION

We bridge the gap between classroom theory and sustainable career pathways. Our mission is to cultivate the next generation of leaders by laying a strong foundation in business mastery, strategic thinking, and innovative leadership.

Under the guidance of industry veterans, we identify and nurture promising talent—equipping them with the tools to build successful ventures and make meaningful contributions to their communities.

A STRATEGIC PARTNERSHIP

The Harrington Foundation and Lemonade Standers™ share a mission to empower young people through hands-on, experience-based entrepreneurship education.

We believe that people learn best by doing, testing, trying, and practicing—not by passive listening. Together, we are building a program where students are inspired to become the next generation of Action Takers, Pattern Spotters, and Opportunity Makers.
